All-Staff Meeting

The all-staff meeting at the beginning of each year is a special time to bring the entire FarmaMondo family together virtually. Colleagues from every part of the Group—Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the head office in Switzerland—connect with one another.
For Group CEO Yaron Spigel, it’s an opportunity to thank everyone for the incredible progress and results achieved in 2024. For the sixth year in a row, we’re celebrating high double-digit growth. More importantly, we’re celebrating the impact we’ve had on orphan and oncology patients. For example, in one rare paediatric oncology condition, we’ve treated 1,000 patients over six years.
This meeting is also a time to unite, share, and align our objectives for 2025. All our goals are focused on one core purpose: serving more patients with essential medicines around the world, particularly in emerging markets.
Everyone’s dedication and expertise are crucial to achieving this goal across all our activities: medical information and education, regulatory navigation in diverse markets, market access and treatment coverage through private or public payers, charities, or commercial channels, patient support, and logistics to ensure medicines reach patients’ bedside. Every effort is key to making our vision a reality, every day.
