Incredible strategy workshop for the global FarmaMondo leadership team in Serpiano, Switzerland. We were blessed with beautiful weather that gave us a breath-taking view of Lake Lugano.
Coming from all continents and meeting the heads of each function, it was a real gift to be able to discuss our respective successes, best practices, challenges and prepare for the future. We thank also the Board Directors for spending this quality time with us and welcome three new leaders to our global leadership team.
